Get Lean Project Day 4

Managed to hold out on the snacking a bit more today… That is, until I got home and was still hungry!!! It was a rest day in my program, so I sort of took advantage…

  • Cocoa Delight Nakd bar
  • Peanut butter bomb smoothie (with added spinach)
  • Steak for lunch
  • 2 slices of brown bread (felt like I was lacking some dietary fibre) with healthy servings of Chunky peanut butter
  • Woolworths Slimmer’s Choice creamy tomato soup


  • 60 minutes light yoga
  • Hand balance training (15 minutes)
  • 15 minutes on the elliptical, low intensity
  • 12 lat pull downs, 12 dumbbell rows, 10 diagonal cable flies
