Get Lean Project: Day 3

I broke my fast even earlier this morning… 9am… Just over a 12 hour fast, so it’s not terrible, but I really need to get my body into the habit of eating at a set time!

Food

  • Peanut 9Bar
  • Banana
  • Green juice (apple, lemon, spinach and kale)
  • Beef strips
  • Macadamia nut date balls
  • Vanilla almond milk
  • Omelette with ham

Exercise

  • 45 minutes spinning (moderate-high intensity)
  • 45 minutes Transformer HIIT cardio session N+TC (also known as death! And I have to do it again next week: I am seriously dreading it! Hopefully I will be stronger by then!)
