Get Lean Project: Day 2

I was really hungry today; I think it has something to do with such a small amount of food yesterday… Also doesn’t help that I didn’t do much exercise today, but there just wasn’t time to get that 60 minute light jog that N+TC expected of me!

Food

  • Chilli and red pepper chicken mince
  • Chocolate protein shake
  • Banana
  • Blueberry PB smoothie
  • Coco Loco Nak’d Bar
  • Peanut 9Bar
  • 2 servings of Futurelife Smart Food
  • Steak and fried eggs

Exercise

  • 60 minutes of light yoga
