Warm up: 10 minutes on Technogym Synchro (like elliptical)

Circuit 1 x3:

  • 10 Lateral Pulldowns
  • 10 Leg press
  • 10 Pull ups (assisted)
  • 10 Straight leg deadlifts
  • 1 minute skipping

Circuit 2 x5:

  • 10 Squats on Smith Machine
  • 10 Pulse walking lunges (per side)
  • 10 Leg extensions
  • 10 Leg curls
  • 1 minute skipping
