Cake every day

I’ve changed my mind. I don’t want to be healthy. I want to be able to eat cake like this every day.

You can practically smell the warm and saucy chocolate icing dripping down the sides of this gorgeous cake. It’s making me drool just thinking about it! I’m going to go practice yoga now, maybe I will learn some discipline, self-control and be filled with clean thoughts, rather than how great this would look on a plate in front of me right now.

(Another helpful reminder is about how terrible it would look in my food diary).

Speaking of my food diary, I could make space for food like this. I believe in everything in moderation. At the moment, I am very much stuck with “everything”, and I haven’t quite managed to get the “moderation” part right, but a reasonably-sized piece of this cake, won’t send your calories over for the day, especially if you have eaten fairly clean for the rest of the day (and high protein/low carb – there are more than enough carbs in this cake). It also helps if you expend some of that high GI (glycaemic index) energy – motivation to do some exercise! Find the balance, and we can make this work.
